Cheesecake heart with Habżyki
Ingredients for about 10 hearts:
On top
- 5 pieces of flax seed-sunflower seeds
Cheesecake mass:
- 500 g low-fat cottage cheese cheesecake
- stevia / honey / (as desired)
- 2g agar-agar or 10g gelatin
Fruit mousse:
- half a large ripe banana
- half ripe mango
- a bit of agar (1/5 teaspoon) or 1 teaspoon of gelatin
Arrange in silicone molds layers:
- Crushed habana breads.
- Mix the cheese-dissolved gelling substance with cheese and stevia / honey.
- Fruit mousse – blend into mousse and combine with dissolved gelling substance.
Put in the fridge. For agar for about 1 hour, and if we used gelatin for about 5 hours.
