Tomato Cream Soup


  • 5 medium-sized tomatoes on a branch
  • 1 green pepper
  • small sweet onion
  • Ripe avocados
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • freshly squeezed lemon juice (approx. 2 tablespoons)
  • 2 garlic cloves (optional)
  • parsley (about half a bunch)
  • fresh basil and thyme
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon of brewer’s yeast (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of algae powder
  • 4-6 tablespoons of any peanut milk or mineral water


Wash all the vegetables thoroughly and chop them into small pieces. Add nut milk (or water) and salt to taste. Use a blender to get a smooth mass. Pour into bowls and decorate with crushed Habżyki and parsley. Isn’t that tasty?

Tomato and Basil

ingredients: linseed, sea salt, basil, dried tomatoes, chives, basil, sweet pepper.
