Tomato Cream Soup

Tomato Cream Soup
Components:
- 5 medium-sized tomatoes on a branch
- 1 green pepper
- small sweet onion
- Ripe avocados
- 2 stalks of celery
- freshly squeezed lemon juice (approx. 2 tablespoons)
- 2 garlic cloves (optional)
- parsley (about half a bunch)
- fresh basil and thyme
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon of brewer’s yeast (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of algae powder
- 4-6 tablespoons of any peanut milk or mineral water
Preparation:
Wash all the vegetables thoroughly and chop them into small pieces. Add nut milk (or water) and salt to taste. Use a blender to get a smooth mass. Pour into bowls and decorate with crushed Habżyki and parsley. Isn’t that tasty?
