Olive paste

Components:

  • 1x cup of pitted black olives, pickled or fresh
  • 1x garlic clove, chopped or crushed (clove size depending on garlic tolerance, we give a large one)
  • 1x tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2x tablespoons of cold-pressed olive oil
  • 1x tablespoon of dried or fresh thyme
  • 2x teaspoons of dried or fresh rosemary

Preparation:

Toss everything into a blender and grind until a creamy consistency. We can use this paste to spread our linen bread. We can also use it as a delicious dip for our bread.

ingredients: sauerkraut, linseed, sunflower, plum, cumin, sea salt.

Zucchini

ingredients: zucchini, onion, pumpkin, linseed, sunflower seeds, sesame, coconut, cumin, garlic, sea salt.

Beetroot

ingredients: beetroot, linseed, carrot, sunflower,
onion, garlic, sea salt, marjoram, ginger.
