Refreshing dill and cucumber soup
Components:
- 3 large cucumbers
- 3 stalks of celery
- small onion or half large
- an avocado
- Red pepper
- 4 tablespoons of linseed oil
- 1 heaped tablespoon of brewer’s yeast (optional)
- 1⁄4 cup sesame
- 2 cups of boiled water
- 1/4 tbsp sea salt
- 1 tablespoon of lecithin granules
- lemon
- a bunch of fresh dill
Preparation:
Peel cucumbers, avocados and onions, and remove seed nests from peppers. Dice all vegetables, throw them into a blender, add the remaining ingredients and mix. Salt to taste. Decorate with a slice of lemon and fresh dill. We serve with the favourite Habżyk taste.
