
Avocado soup
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 avocados
- 1 lime
- 1 large natural yogurt
- 100 ml kefir
- a handful of coriander
- a handful of chopped spring onions
- ¼ flat teaspoon of dried chilli flakes
- salt
A method of preparing:
Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the stone, with a large spoon, remove the pulp into a bowl or pot, add lime juice, spring onion, coriander, chilli, a pinch of salt, yogurt and kefir. Mix everything into cream. Transfer to glasses. Garnish with coriander leaves and chilli flakes. Serve with broken Habżyki.
